We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction and constantly update our store with new products. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You must enter a valid Email address as this is used to send your order receipt. If it is not a valid Email address, the order cannot be processed.

We accept credit card payment using our secure Payment Service Provider, Paypal. You do not need an account with Paypal to shop on our site. Please remember to click "return to merchant" after Paypal has processed the payment as only then will an automatic confirmation of order be e-mailed to you.

We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Switch and American Express.

All orders are by cleared funds only and can only be dispatched when paid for in full.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an e-mail to indicate the order has been shipped. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Sales invoices are issued only on request. Please contact customer services (sales at takesyourfancy dot co dot uk) stating that you require an invoice. Also quote your order number in this request.

Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3 days, subject to manufacturer availability.

Shipping And Handling We currently ship in the UK only.

All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Parcel Force courier. You, the customer, will have to sign on receipt. This is to safeguard against any fraudulent activity.

- All parcels under 2kg (2000g) will go via Royal Mail.
- Over 2kg for most of the UK, parcels will go via Parcel Force courier.
- Over 2kg some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage. The list of affected postcodes is:-

Any extra postage costs for the above postcodes will not be included when your order is placed and you will be emailed with a link to pay the additional cost. To re-iterate, it only affects orders over 2kg and the stated postcodes.

Delivery Schedule We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 4pm on the next working day. Due to holidays and busy periods, this may not always be possible.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you are directed to our sercure payment service provider, Paypal. Credit card numbers are encrypted using the latest encryption technology and are only used by Paypal. Credit card numbers are not stored on our site at all.

Privacy Policy Takes Your Fancy do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
We will not send you any emails if you have chosen not to receive email offers and news from us, other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns Policy We must be notified of items damaged in transit within 24 hours of you receiving the goods at the following e-mail address: returns at takesyourfancy dot co dot uk stating the order number and a description of the fault.
All damaged items must be returned directly to our supplier at the following address:

If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage to return it to our supplier (return postage should be at reasonable cost). A replacement will be sent out, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
Returned items should be sent recorded delivery, for your security.
If a returned product is found not to be faulty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, you can only return them, unopened and in the original packaging, within seven days of receiving the goods. In this case, please e-mail returns at takesyourfancy dot co dot uk, stating your order number and reason for returning the goods. Send the goods, at your own postage cost, to the following address:

You will be reimbursed for the cost of the goods only. You will only be reimbursed once the goods have arrived at our offices, unopened and in the original packaging. Any original postage and packing costs, including the costs to send it back, will not be refunded. We suggest that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred in transit back to us.
