All payments are processed externally via our secure payment service provider, PayPal. Credit and debit card numbers are encypted using the latest encryption technology and are used only by PayPal. Credit and debit card numbers are not stored on our site at all.

Don't worry, you don't need a PayPal account. After filling in your details during our checkout process, you will arrive at the PayPal website where you should look for Don't have a PayPal account? and click Continue there.

Yes, we add postage costs to all orders. It is based on the weight of all the goods in the order. See our delivery information page for more information.

Is there a minimum order? | Back to top |

There is no minimum order value. You can order as much or as little as you want.

Will Takes Your Fancy keep my details private? | Back to top |

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Can you send me a catalogue? | Back to top |

As our product range at Takes Your Fancy changes very frequently, it is not possible to provide a printed catalogue. Our online catalogue, however, is always up to date and online ordering is easy and secure.

My order has not arrived! | Back to top |

When we despatch the goods, we send you an "Order Shipped" e-mail indicating the date despatched, the courier and a tracking number.

Royal Mail courier
If no one is in to sign for the parcel, the Postman will leave a card and you will have to collect it from the local Royal Mail collection point within 5 days. If it is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to sender.

If it is not delivered within 4 days, you should track it on the Royal Mail website. www.royalmail.co.uk click on Track and Trace and enter the Tracking Number from the "Order Shipped" e-mail. You should also contact the local depot or post office to see if it has been left for collection.
They will normally try to deliver the next working day (Mon - Fri) following the Despatch Date.

Parcel Force courier
You can track the parcel by visiting www.parcelforce.com and enter the Tracking Number from the "Order Shipped" e-mail, when the screen appears. If the driver is unable to deliver the parcel the item will be taken to the nearest Post Office to await collection. You will be left a card advising of exactly where the item has been left. You can also check the tracking status of the order on www.parcelforce.com. If you are not carded and have not received the parcel within 3 Working Days (Mon - Fri) of the dispatch date, you should enter the tracking number above on www.parcelforce.com to check the parcel status. If you are then still unable to locate your parcel, you should contact us for assistance. If it is left beyond 5 days the parcel will be returned to us.
