Normal Deliveries

We are open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on this website, but we only despatch goods on a working day, usually Monday to Friday. Public holiday information will be posted on this page when relevant.

Please also note that we can only despatch to the UK currently and are unable to despatch internationally at this time.

All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Parcel Force courier. You, the customer, will have to sign on receipt. This is to safeguard against any fraudulent activity.

Delivery is usually the next working day following despatch of goods. Remote or Offshore destinations can take longer.

Shipping Costs

The weight of each item is shown on the 'more info' page of each product we sell. The shipping cost is then calculated using the total weight of all items in the order.

Up to 100 g : £ 2.53
101 g to 250 g : £ 3.12
251 g to 500 g : £ 3.76
501 g to 750 g : £ 4.47
751 g to 1000 g : £ 5.35
1001 g to 1500 g : £ 6.82
1501 g to 2000 g : £ 7.70
2001 g to 3000 g : £ 8.88
Over 3000 g : £ 9.99

- All parcels under 2kg (2000g) will go via Royal Mail.
- Over 2kg for most of the UK, parcels will go via Parcel Force courier.
- Over 2kg some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage. (Please see our Shipping and Handling information in the Terms and Conditions for the list of affected postcodes).
